Terms of Service

In short: ContentPilot AI helps you upload a video once and publish it to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X. You keep ownership of your content, you're responsible for what you publish, and each connected platform's own terms still apply.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ContentPilot AI, available at autopub.store99.pk (the "Service"), operated by ContentPilot AI ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

ContentPilot AI lets you upload a video once, generates suggested titles, descriptions, tags, and hashtags for it using Gemini AI, stores the source file in your own Google Drive, and publishes the video to the social platforms you choose to connect, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
You must sign in with a valid Google account and authorize the Google Drive and YouTube permissions required for core functionality.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

4. Connecting third-party platforms

When you connect Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or X to ContentPilot AI, you authorize us to access and use those accounts solely to upload, store, and publish the content you approve. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms of service and policies, including:

YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Agreement (this application uses YouTube API Services)
Meta's Facebook and Instagram terms and Platform Policies
TikTok's Terms of Service and Developer Terms
LinkedIn's User Agreement
X's Terms of Service and Developer Agreement

We are not responsible for actions taken by these third-party platforms, including content removal, account suspension, or changes to their APIs that affect the Service.

5. Your content and ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the videos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant ContentPilot AI a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service — including sending it to Gemini AI for metadata generation and to your connected platforms for publishing. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models beyond what is required to generate metadata for that specific upload.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload, and that publishing it through the Service will not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law or platform policy.

6. AI-generated metadata

Titles, descriptions, tags, and hashtags suggested by Gemini AI are provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all metadata before it is published, and for ensuring it is accurate and appropriate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated suggestions.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload or publish content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or that violates any connected platform's community guidelines;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems;
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or engage in automated abuse beyond its intended publishing functionality;
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Fees

Any current or future pricing, subscription tiers, or usage limits for the Service will be presented to you within the app before you are charged. Continued use of paid features after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Publishing to connected platforms depends on those platforms' own APIs and availability, which are outside our control.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, and branding (excluding your content), is owned by ContentPilot AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated metadata will be accurate or that publishing to any platform will always succeed.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentPilot AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, including any failure, delay, or rejection by a connected third-party platform.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
